When you land in Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative from Amazing Himalaya Trekking will be there to pick you up and take you to your hotel. You’ll spend the night in Kathmandu.
We’ll visit important places like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Bouddhanath Stupa, all UNESCO World Heritage sites. You’ll see ancient palaces and temples and learn about Nepal’s history. We’ll spend another night in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu Durbar Square is located in the heart of Kathmandu. It is also known as Basantapur and Hanuman Dhoka. The Durbar is divided into two courtyards: the outer courtyard houses Kasthamandap, Kumari Ghar, and the Shiva-Parvati Temple, and the inner section comprises Hanuman Dhoka and the primary palace. Several floors have been transformed into museums honoring three generations of Nepal’s Shah kings. Most areas of the palace grounds welcome tourists every day of the week.
Swayambhunath, Known as the Monkey Temple, lies on a Hill in the Kathmandu Valley, offering a panoramic view of the city. It is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by monasteries, Swayambhunath holds a special place in both Hinduism and Buddhism. Pashupatinath Temple is a must-visit place in Kathmandu. It is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The primary temple stands tall in a pagoda style, decorated with detailed carvings and ornamentation. Around it, you’ll find smaller shrines, ashrams, and steps leading to the Bagmati River, where worshippers carry out their rituals. Beyond just a place of worship, this temple complex is a significant cultural and historical site, showcasing Nepal’s deep religious traditions. Only Hindus are allowed inside temple premises. However, other visitors can observe various rituals and ceremonies and soak in the serene atmosphere of the temple grounds.
Boudhanath Stupa, located around 11 kilometers away from Kathmandu, is one of the famous sites. You will find a spiritual vibe around the Boudhanath area with Tibetan chanting and mantras. Strolling around the Boudhanath Stupa is a different kind of experience. You can sit in one of the rooftop cafes in Boudhanath to soak into the spiritual vibe of the site. Today, we’ll explore Bhaktapur and Patan, also UNESCO sites. In Bhaktapur, you’ll see Durbar Square, a pottery market, and famous landmarks like the Nyatapola Temple. Bhaktapur is an open museum that takes you back to a time with beautiful Nepali architecture. After enjoying sightseeing in Bhaktapur, our itinerary takes us to Patan. You’ll visit Durbar Square, the Golden Temple, and other historical places. Patan, also known as Lalitpur, is one of the oldest Buddhist cities in the world and is filled with ancient temples and palaces. Here, you’ll visit Durbar Square, the Golden Temple, Mahabouddha Temple, also known as Thousand Buddha Temple, and the Kumbeshwar Temple, Nepal’s second tallest pagoda. We’ll spend the night in Kathmandu.

After enjoying sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley, our Classic Nepal Tour Package will take us to Pokhara. Pokhara is a beautiful city by Lake Fewa with stunning views of the Annapurna mountains. It is around 200 kilometers away from Kathmandu and takes 6 to 7 hours to drive. On the way, enjoy the scenic landscape and pass by beautiful villages.
Once we arrive, you’ll have the evening to relax, perhaps take a stroll by the lake, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We’ll stay overnight in Pokhara.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast to energize yourself for the activities ahead. Today is filled with exciting activities in Pokhara. We’ll explore the famous tourist sites, starting with a peaceful boat ride on Phewa Lake. Next, we’ll embark on a 45-minute hike to the Peace Pagoda, where you’ll be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of Pokhara and the Annapurna mountain range. Afterward, we’ll visit the newly built Shiva Temple, and our final stop will be at Devi’s Fall, a unique and mesmerizing waterfall.
Phewa Lake: Start your day with a serene boat ride on this beautiful lake, enjoying the reflections of the mountains in its waters. From Phewa Lake, you can also enjoy the view of Annapurna.
Peace Pagoda Temple: We’ll hike up to this pagoda, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of Pokhara and the Annapurna Himalaya range. The hike is around 45 minutes. Upon reaching the top of Peace Pagoda, you’ll feel a peaceful vibe and enjoy the view of the Himalayas range.
Shiva Statue and Devi’s Falls: After visiting the Peace Pagoda, we’ll explore the Shiva Statue and the stunning Devi’s Falls, a unique waterfall.
After a day of exploration, we’ll head back to our hotel for another night in Pokhara.
After breakfast, we’ll drive for about 4-5 hours to Chitwan National Park. Once we arrive, we’ll check into our Jungle Lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, our jungle safari activities will begin, giving you a taste of the wildlife and natural beauty of the region.
